We sure enjoyed our first summer and lately Jay has been adding to his list of firsts. He got his first tooth, ate solid food, sat in a high chair for the first time, fed a horse, picked corn (ok Loren did that), got his 6 month pictures taken...

Jay began taking a more relaxed approach to eating his dinner - no shirt and in a lounging position...

The final project!
We went to the pediatrician and Jay was not rolling over or sitting on his own... well we came home had a word with him and boom he sat up on his own...Jay is now sitting up like a champ! At his 6 month visit he weighed 17lbs 14oz and was 26.5 inches long, grow baby grow!
He is starting to get attached to a little blanky he calls "love-y"

Tubby time! Jay has so many toys for the tub and his favorite is a wet wash cloth to suck on.. go figure
